jQuery 2系はIE9以降のサポートだけど2.2.4ってもう出たの2016年なんですね。 https://ja.wikipedia.org/wiki/JQuery

2系、API的にはjQuery 1.9と互換性あるはずなので特に気にすることはないのかな
